2. Scope of data processing on this website

This website has been deliberately designed to minimize data collection. Specifically, we currently use:

• no web analytics and no Google Analytics
• no marketing or tracking cookies
• no externally loaded Google Fonts – all fonts are delivered together with the website itself
• no embedded map from a map service
• no embedding of RoomRaccoon content
• WhatsApp and RoomRaccoon are accessed exclusively through external links when you actively select the relevant link.

According to the verified technical state, the website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. Therefore, no consent request for such cookies is currently required.

3. Hosting and server log data

This website is hosted through Lovable and delivered as a serverless application via Cloudflare infrastructure. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection data is processed, in particular the IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer—if transmitted—and browser or user-agent information. This processing serves the delivery, stability, error analysis and security of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

A specific retention period for infrastructure and server logs is not defined in this website's implementation and cannot be reliably determined from the project code.

4. Contact form

When you submit the contact form, your first name, last name, email address, optionally telephone number and company, type of inquiry, desired location and accommodation, optionally arrival and departure dates, number of people and expected duration, your message, selected language and confirmation of the privacy policy are transmitted to and validated by our server function.

The inquiry is sent to info@laurent-immobilien.de through Lovable's managed email service. After successful delivery, the email address provided receives an acknowledgement. The purpose is to process your accommodation or contact inquiry and take steps prior to entering into a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; for general matters, it is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The form contents are not stored in the website database. To limit repeated inquiries, an HMAC-SHA-256 value is generated from the normalized email address and selected accommodation. Only this value and the creation and expiry times are stored in the database. The blocking period is five minutes; expired entries are removed when a subsequent form inquiry is made. If the internal email delivery fails, the entry is deleted early.

The messages sent are subsequently held in the email accounts involved and by the email service. No fixed deletion period is defined for them in the implementation. We delete the data once the inquiry has been fully processed and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

5. External WhatsApp links

The WhatsApp buttons are external links to wa.me. WhatsApp is opened only when you actively select such a link. Our telephone number and a language-specific pre-filled message are passed to WhatsApp as part of the URL. From that point, the operator of WhatsApp processes data under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp content is not embedded in this website.

6. External booking platform RoomRaccoon

For some of our accommodations, we link to the external RoomRaccoon booking platform. The external booking page opens only when you actively select the relevant link. The selected booking address, including the accommodation identifier and any URL parameters, is then transmitted to RoomRaccoon. From that point, the platform operator's privacy policy applies. RoomRaccoon content is not embedded in this website.
