To ensure that all guests feel comfortable in our accommodations, the following rules apply. They form part of every booking.

Damages

  • Please report any damage immediately so that we can fix it promptly.

Smoking

  • Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and buildings.
  • A fee will be charged for any breach of the no-smoking policy.

Cleanliness

  • Exceptionally heavy soiling will incur additional costs.

Theft

  • In the event of theft, the incident will be reported to the police.

Keys

  • A fee will be charged for the loss of a key.

Sharing of house rules

  • The person making the booking must pass these house rules on to all accompanying guests.
