Booking terms

Booking and confirmation

A booking is made once we confirm your reservation. For some accommodations, booking takes place via the external platform RoomRaccoon; for all other offers, we arrange the booking with you personally.

Cancellation terms

The following rates apply in the event of a cancellation:

  • up to 30 days before arrival: 25 percent of the total price
  • 14 to 30 days before arrival: 50 percent of the total price
  • less than 14 days before arrival: 80 percent of the total price

Arrival, departure and key handover

We will arrange your arrival time, departure time and key handover individually with you before your stay. Please let us know if your arrival time changes at short notice.

Stay

Our house rules also apply to your stay. The person making the booking must pass the house rules on to all accompanying guests.
